Return Terms

According to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania June 11th. Resolution no. 697 On Approval of Retail Rules for Retail: https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/3e3f6a70164711e4aa9bb36470fb9e6e Paragraph 17.2 Parfumery, cosmetics and toilet preparations (codes according to the combined nomenclature - 3303-3307) are non -refundable goods. The goods are returned only if there is a manufacturer's defect.

The following conditions must be followed when returning the goods:

• The returned item must be in the original and neat packaging;
• The Buyer must provide evidence that there is a manufacturer's defect;
• The basic condition should be maintained in order to return the item - the undamaged packaging of the item and the pristine (not attempted) itself;
• The item must have not lost the appearance of the commercial appearance (undamaged labels, uninhabited protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in the case of a defective product returned);
• The returned item must be the same set as the buyer received;
• After receiving the item and convinced that the item is unused, within 5 d.d. We will return the money to the account you specify. If the packaging of the item has been damaged or the item visible visually used money will not be refunded.

When returning the goods without the seller's fault, The costs of the return are not reimbursed or refundable to the buyer.
