Return Terms

According to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania June 11th. Resolution no. 697 On Approval of Retail Rules for Retail: https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/3e3f6a70164711e4aa9bb36470fb9e6e, Paragraph 17.2 perfumery, cosmetics and toilet preparations (codes according to the combined nomenclature - 3303-3307) are non -refundable goods. The goods are returned only if there is a manufacturer's defect.

The following conditions must be followed when returning the goods:

• The returned item must be In the original and neat packaging.
• The buyer must submit evidencethat is the manufacturer's defect.
• In order to return the item, the basic condition should be maintained - intact goods packaging and undamaged (not tried) the item itself.
• The item must have not lost its appearance (unaffected label, uninhabited protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in the case of a defective product returned).
• The returned item must be the same kit as the buyer received.

After receiving the item and convinced that the item is unused, we will return the money to the account you specify within 5 business days. If the packaging of the item has been damaged or the item has visible visually used, the money will not be refunded.

When returning the goods without the fault of the seller, the cost of returning the buyer is not reimbursed or refundable.

• The Buyer has the right to purchase the goods sold by email. in the shop.
• The buyer is entitled to 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to withdraw the contract of sale, return the goods to the seller and to recover the money paid for them, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 6.228 (10) of the Civil Code.

IMPORTANT: The Buyer cannot unilaterally return the goods if they were unpacked after delivery and for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return.

IMPORTANT: Under Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, quality goods (if they are to be returned for personal reasons) may be returned only with the consent of the seller if it is:

• Perfumery, cosmetics and toilet goods (according to the combined nomenclature - codes 3303-3307)
